Pavara Vhana Collection is a collection of 13 luxury villas for sale in Layan, Phuket, set on the hills with views over greenery and the sea. Homes have three to five bedrooms, from 813 sqm and from THB 98M, with completion in Q4 2027.

Pavara Vhana Collection Phuket: the concept

Pavara Vhana Collection is being built by Pavara Development. It is a small collection: 13 villas, 12 of them available. Each is a stand-alone house with a pool, gardens, study, spa area and home cinema.

Each home has two kitchens, a regular one plus a Thai-style wet kitchen, following local tradition. Separate staff quarters are provided. The houses have smart-home systems and CCTV.

The second kitchen and staff quarters make it possible to run a large household with live-in staff without compromising the family's privacy.

Villas and prices

3+1 bedroom villas are 813–1,144 sqm, from THB 98M. 4+1 bedroom villas are 1,013–1,530 sqm, from THB 162M. The 5+1 bedroom villa is 1,718 sqm at THB 273M.

This is the top end of the market: buyers here choose a villa in Layan to live in themselves, with a large family.

The average price is around THB 119,000 per sqm of built area. With homes from 813 to 1,718 sqm, these are full-scale residences for living.

Layan: location

Layan Beach is 1.2 km away. Boat Avenue is 5.2 km, UWC Thailand school 6.5 km and the airport 8.3 km. Central Phuket is 18 km, Bangkok Hospital Phuket 19 km and Phuket Town 21 km.

Few west-coast beaches are as calm as Layan, yet Laguna and Boat Avenue remain a short drive away.

Facilities and timeline

The project lists a pool, gym, spa, co-working space, rooftop, garden and parking, with 24-hour security. Construction is under way, with completion in Q4 2027. A Phuket new build for buyers who need a large home with staff and privacy.
