ZODIAC Co., Ltd. is a Thai company based in Phuket. We help foreigners buy and rent condos and villas on the island: shortlisting, project and developer due diligence, and support through to title registration.
Who we are
We are registered in Phuket as บริษัท โซดิแอค จำกัด (ZODIAC Co., Ltd.), registration number 0835569017308 with Thailand's Department of Business Development (DBD). You can verify the registration on the DBD website using this number.
We work in English and Russian with buyers and tenants from Europe, Asia, the Middle East and the CIS who are relocating to Phuket or investing in island property.
What we do
- Shortlisting condos and villas for your budget and purpose: living, renting out or preserving capital.
- Developer, permit, foreign-quota and title checks before any deposit.
- Review and amendment of reservation, sale and lease agreements.
- Payment routing from abroad and the FET form required for freehold registration.
- Land Office registration and after-sale support: banking, utilities, management and rentals.
- Long-term rentals: owner checks, contract and deposit terms.
How we work
Prices in our catalog are developer prices, not "market estimates". When a price list and a listing disagree, we confirm with the developer before sending it to you.
We do not promise yields or sell "guaranteed rental" schemes without reviewing the contract. You get an honest assessment of every option, including the downsides.
