The project is developed by Banyan Group, the company behind Laguna Phuket. Lakelands is the resort's new district of hills, forest and lakes linked by walking trails. Waterside Residences sits by the water, so many apartments look out over the lake.
The project has 319 apartments in seven-storey buildings. At the last data update, 80 units remained for sale.
Lakelands is divided into the Hillside, Orchard, Forest and Lakeside precincts, connected by around 15 km of trails. Some apartments have their own terrace pool.
