Waterside Residences Laguna Lakelands in Phuket is a set of seven-storey buildings in the new Laguna Lakelands district of Laguna Phuket, among lakes and forest. One- to three-bedroom apartments from THB 8M, completion in Q3 2027.
Waterside Residences Phuket: Life in Laguna Lakelands
Banyan Group, the company behind Laguna Phuket, is developing the project. Lakelands is the resort's new district of lakes, forest and hills linked by walking trails. Waterside Residences sits by the water, so many apartments look out over the lake.
The project has 319 apartments in seven-storey buildings. At the last data update, 80 units remained for sale.
Lakelands is split into four precincts — Lakeside, Forest, Orchard and Hillside — connected by around 15 km of trails. Some apartments have their own terrace pool.
Apartments and Prices
One-bedroom apartments of 48 sqm start from THB 8M, and the 68 sqm option from THB 11.44M. Two bedrooms: 70–84 sqm from THB 12.02M, 114 sqm from THB 18.13M.
Three bedrooms: 122–151 sqm from THB 21.92M, and the largest apartments of 192–260 sqm from THB 29.26M. The top of the price range is THB 37.91M.
Resort Facilities
Residents use the Lakelands facilities: an Olympic pool, a rooftop pool and sky park, a gym, a spa, a tennis court, a sports complex, an aqua centre and a multi-purpose field. There is a beach club, a town centre, an adventure park, a botanical garden and walking trails.
The complex's main pool is a 60 m rooftop infinity pool. The golf course, restaurants, shops and clinics are inside Laguna Phuket, so everyday errands don't take you far.
