The Liberty Phuket: Now at Launch
The project is in pre-sale: 321 of the 324 units are still available, so the choice of floors and layouts is at its widest. The buildings are seven storeys, with completion scheduled for Q3 2028.
Developer Wallaya Villas has worked on Phuket since 2009 and is best known for villas. The Liberty is its apartment project.
Layouts and Prices
Every unit is larger than is typical for the area: the smallest is 61 sqm. There are four one-bedroom types: A at 61 sqm from THB 8.24M, C at 63 sqm from THB 8.51M, B at 69 sqm from THB 9.32M and F at 71 sqm from THB 9.59M.
Two-bedroom options are Type D at 96 sqm from THB 12.96M and Type E at 119 sqm from THB 16.07M. The price is around THB 135,000 per sqm.

The complex is next to Blue Tree. Boat Avenue is 1.4 km away and Bang Tao Beach 2.9 km. British International School is 7.2 km.

Blue Tree, with its lagoon and water park, is right across the road, which makes the location convenient for families with children. Bang Tao's international schools and clinics are a few minutes away.

The grounds have a pool, a gym, a landscaped garden and parking. Security operates 24/7 with CCTV coverage. The sinking fund is a one-off THB 1,000 per sqm; the monthly common fee is still to be confirmed by the developer.
