Skypark Elara is being built by Banyan Group inside Laguna Lakelands, a fresh, nature-focused part of Laguna Phuket that has 15 km of walking trails and a botanical garden. The project has 150 apartments, 68 of them available.
The name refers to the park on the roof. Interiors use natural woodland tones and layouts are open-plan. Sales have just launched, with completion in Q4 2028. The service charge is THB 50 per sqm per month, and the sinking fund THB 100 per sqm per year.
With only 150 apartments, it is an intimate building by Laguna standards, with few neighbours.
