Skypark Elara Lakelands Phuket: the project
Skypark Elara is being built by Banyan Group inside Laguna Lakelands, the new nature-led district of Laguna Phuket with 15 km of walking trails and a botanical garden. The project has 150 apartments, 68 of them available.
The name refers to the park on the roof. Interiors use natural woodland tones and layouts are open-plan. Sales have just launched, with completion in Q4 2028. The service charge is THB 50 per sqm per month, and the sinking fund THB 100 per sqm per year.
With only 150 apartments, it is an intimate building by Laguna standards, with few neighbours.

One-bedroom apartments of 54–57 sqm start from THB 9.12M. Two-bedroom units of 82–85 sqm start from THB 14.18M. Three-bedroom units of 141–186 sqm start from THB 34.04M.
