VIP Galaxy Villas Rawai is a VIP Thailand Group project of 84 villas, with nine left for sale. Construction is under way, with completion scheduled for Q4 2028.
All homes have three bedrooms over three levels, each with a private pool and parking. The community is gated.
Few homes remain, so if you are interested in a particular type it is best to check availability early.
The three-level layout separates the house into zones: living spaces, bedrooms and terrace sit on different levels.
Three Villa Types: Sizes and Prices
Type C, 300 sqm on a 138 sqm plot, from THB 22.33M. Type B, 518–625 sqm on 287–394 sqm plots, from THB 37.21M. Type A, 596–842 sqm on 360–606 sqm plots, from THB 42.73M.
Payments are made as construction progresses. Common fees are THB 180 per sqm per year.
The average price is around THB 55,900 per sqm. For a 300 sqm Type C villa, common fees come to around THB 54,000 a year, or about THB 4,500 a month.
The types differ greatly in scale. Villa C has a compact plot but 300 sqm of house thanks to its three levels. Types A and B have larger plots and two to three times the floor area of Villa C.
