Sunny Moon is a seven-storey development of 297 apartments for sale in Nai Harn, in Phuket's south, 900 m from Nai Harn Beach. Studios to three bedrooms of up to 205 sqm, with completion in Q3 2027.
Sunny Moon Phuket: the project
Sunny Moon is being built by Sunny Holding. The building has seven floors and 297 units, 58 of them available. Sizes range from 34 to 205 sqm.
The project stands out for the wide range of sizes within each format: a one- or two-bedroom apartment can be either compact or very spacious.
Apartments and prices
Prices in the project start from THB 5.96M. Studios of 33.97–44.14 sqm start from THB 6.82M. One bedroom, 50.59–99 sqm, from THB 9.14M.
Two bedrooms, 83.46–205 sqm, from THB 14.01M. Three bedrooms, 114.45–193 sqm, from THB 23.45M.
The range lets you match the apartment to your plans: a small studio for seasonal stays or renting out, or a spacious apartment for a family living on the island full-time. The service charge is still to be confirmed by the developer.
Buy an apartment in Nai Harn: location
Nai Harn is part of the southern Rawai and Nai Harn area. Nai Harn Beach is 900 m away. BCIS International School is 8.3 km.
Central Phuket and Phuket Town are 14 km away each, Bangkok Hospital Phuket 15 km. The airport is 37 km away: the south is further from it, but calmer than the west coast.
Facilities and timeline
The complex has a pool, fitness centre and landscaped garden, plus parking, CCTV and security at all hours.
Completion is scheduled for Q3 2027. Buying a Phuket new build during construction gives you a choice of floor and layout.
Phuket's south, Rawai and Nai Harn, is lively all year: there are many permanent residents, and markets, restaurants and schools stay open year-round.
