A two-bedroom villa of 149 sqm starts from THB 20.62M. A three-bedroom villa of 162 sqm starts from THB 23.24M. The four-bedroom house of 215 sqm starts from THB 30.12M.
The one-off sinking fund contribution is THB 400 per sqm; the monthly service charge is still to be confirmed by the developer.
The average price is around THB 108,000 per sqm. For a 149 sqm villa, the sinking fund contribution comes to about THB 59,600.
The steps between formats are clear: going from two to three bedrooms adds 13 sqm and THB 2.62M, and the four-bedroom house is 53 sqm larger than the three-bedroom one.
