Sun Hills Layan is a Phuket new build by developer Sun Hills. Seven-storey buildings with 585 apartments in total, from 26 to 85 sqm. Around 60 units remain on sale.
On site there is a restaurant, café, supermarket and co-working space, so many everyday errands can be done without leaving the complex.

Studios of 26.5 sqm start from THB 3.31M and studios of 31.4 sqm from THB 3.71M. One-bedroom apartments: 42.5 sqm from THB 5.02M and 53.4 sqm from THB 6.3M. The top of the price range is THB 14.08M, and the average price is around THB 118,000 per sqm.
The service charge is THB 75 per sqm per month, with a one-off sinking fund contribution of THB 700 per sqm. You can pay in full, on a "4-step" instalment plan or quarterly.
