Bamboo Forest Phuket is a new Harmony Group building 1.1 km from Layan Beach, with condos for sale: 133 homes from studios to penthouses of up to 247 sqm. Completion is due in Q4 2028.

Bamboo Forest Phuket: about the project

Bamboo Forest is a new build in Phuket by Harmony Group. The building has 133 units, 106 of them still available. Sizes range from 36 to 247 sqm.

The project is boutique in scale but offers a wide range of formats: studios, apartments with up to three bedrooms, and penthouses. Prices start from THB 5.5M.

Layouts and prices

Studios of 36–55 sqm start from THB 5.5M. One-bedroom apartments of 49–105 sqm start from THB 8M, and two-bedroom units of 75–144 sqm from THB 9.9M.

Three-bedroom units of 123–125 sqm start from THB 17.9M. Penthouses of 246–247 sqm start from THB 33.5M.

The common fee is THB 100 per sqm per month, and the sinking fund a one-off THB 700 per sqm.

The average price is around THB 140,600 per sqm. Such a wide range of formats in one building means you can choose a compact rental unit or spacious living for a large family.
