Skypark Celeste Phuket: the project
Skypark Celeste was built by Banyan Group. Its seven-storey buildings are linked by bridges, and the development has 398 apartments from 29 to 60 sqm. The building is complete, and apartments are sold on the resale market.
The complex is inside Laguna Phuket in the Bang Tao area. The beach is 1.4 km away, and a shuttle links the complex with the rest of Laguna.
Buy an apartment in Bang Tao: prices
One-bedroom apartments: 29 sqm from THB 5.4M, 36 sqm from THB 8.31M and 39 sqm from THB 7.1M. A two-bedroom apartment of 40 sqm starts from THB 7.62M. Some layouts, including two-bedroom units of 43–60 sqm, are already sold out. Eight apartments are available, and their prices are set by the owners, so the price per sqm varies noticeably even between similar layouts.
You can pay in full on purchase, or pay 50% upfront and the rest in instalments. The service charge is THB 60 per sqm per month, and the sinking fund contribution THB 100 per sqm per year.

On the roof are an infinity pool with a jacuzzi, a running track, a sun deck and a yoga area. Below are landscaped gardens, a lawn with a viewpoint and a barbecue area.
