Siamese Bangtao is a seven-storey development by Siamese Asset with 272 apartments for sale in Bang Tao, Phuket, with Layan Beach on one side and Bang Tao Beach on the other. Completion is due in Q3 2027.
Siamese Bangtao Phuket: the concept
The project is being built by Siamese Asset PCL, a listed company. The building has seven floors and 272 units, with 39 still on sale. Sizes range from 30 to 104 sqm, from studios to two bedrooms.
It is a resort-style development with services that also works for year-round living: concierge, shuttle, spa and co-working are all available to residents.
Apartments and prices
One-bedroom apartments of 45–57 sqm start from THB 5.65M. Two-bedroom units of 71–91 sqm start from THB 8.68M.
The price per sqm in the project is around THB 125,000. Completion is scheduled for Q3 2027.
A one-bedroom unit suits a couple or renting out, while two bedrooms of up to 91 sqm suit a family with a child. The service charge and sinking fund are still to be confirmed by the developer; we will share them as soon as they are available.
