Serene Raya Bangjo offers 23 three- and four-bedroom pool villas for sale in a gated Bang Jo community, Phuket, with Bang Tao Beach 4.2 km away. Some houses are already built, and the rest will be completed in Q4 2027.
Serene Raya Bangjo Phuket: the community
With just 23 homes, the Serene Raya Bangjo community is small, and 10 of them are still available. Each villa stands on its own plot of 326 to 405 sqm and has its own pool.
The project is run by Serene Property & Development. The status is mixed: some villas are complete and the rest are under construction, due for completion in Q4 2027. Payments are made as construction progresses.
3- and 4-bedroom villas: layouts and prices
A single-storey three-bedroom villa of 272–283 sqm starts from THB 15.9M. A two-storey three-bedroom house of 341–359 sqm starts from THB 22.5M. The most spacious option is a two-storey four-bedroom villa of 381 sqm at THB 29.66M.
Every house has a smart-home system and a covered carport for two vehicles. The service charge is THB 22.5 per sqm per month, with a one-off sinking fund contribution of THB 80,000.
The average price is around THB 58,000 per sqm. For a 272 sqm single-storey villa, the monthly service charge comes to about THB 6,100.
Choosing between formats comes down to lifestyle. A single-storey house is more practical with young children or older relatives. A two-storey house gives more space and separates bedrooms from the guest area by floor.
