Bellaguna Lake Residences is being built by Banyan Group. The design is inspired by a yacht: curved terraces, dark wave-like facades and long five-storey buildings. Thanks to this shape, almost every apartment looks out over the lagoon.
The project has 140 residences, 87 of them available. Sales have just launched, with completion in Q2 2030. The common fee is THB 100 per sqm per month, and the sinking fund THB 100 per sqm per year.
