Botanica Forestique Phuket: the architecture
The developer is Botanica Luxury Phuket. The entrance is lined with trees, and there is more greenery on site than buildings.
Fifty-three villas are in the Modern Luxury style: restrained geometry, floor-to-ceiling glazing and large open terraces. Another ten are in Botanica's signature Tropical Balinese style: pitched roofs, timber, water and garden all around.
At the centre is a clubhouse with a gym, a terrace by the pond, a common garden and a jogging path around the perimeter. The developer is building a boutique mall at the entrance.

The 3B three-bedroom villa is 318 sqm on a 673–690 sqm plot, from THB 36.5M. Type 3B.1 has sold out.

Botanica Forestique is under construction, with completion scheduled for Q3 2027. A new build in Phuket for buyers who want a large plot close to three west-coast beaches.
