Anchan Mountain Breeze Phuket: about the community
The project is being built by Pearl Island Property under the Anchan Villas brand. The company has worked in Phuket since 2007 and runs several villa communities here.
Mountain Breeze is a large project of 100 villas, 18 of them on sale. All homes are single-storey: rooms, terrace and pool on one level, with no stairs. Every house has its own pool, garden and parking. The windows look out onto the green slopes of the reserve, not a neighbour's fence.
3- and 4-bedroom villas: prices
The 473 sqm three-bedroom villa starts from THB 35.5M. Four-bedroom villas of 529.5 to 709 sqm start from THB 40.1M. The top of the price list is THB 56.8M.
Payment is made in stages as construction progresses. The common fee and sinking fund are still to be confirmed by the developer.

The project is at a late stage: 18 of 100 villas remain available, with completion scheduled for Q2 2027. The community will soon be lived in, and the wait for keys is shorter than with new launches.
