Aegir Banyan Tree Beach Residences is a collection of ten villas in Laguna Phuket, 200 m from Bang Tao Beach and facing west to the sea. One four-bedroom villa remains for sale, with completion in Q4 2026.
Aegir Banyan Tree Beach Residences in Phuket
Aegir is a private enclave of ten Banyan Group villas within Laguna Phuket. The homes face the Andaman Sea, with hills rising behind them to the east.
The layout is upside down: you enter on the upper level, where the living room opens onto a terrace with a pool, jacuzzi and garden. The bedrooms are on the level below, where it is quieter and cooler.
Villa for sale in Bang Tao: the last one available
One four-bedroom villa of 793 sqm is still for sale. The price is THB 265M.
The house has two living areas, two kitchens and a multipurpose room. Outside there are decks, a landscaped garden, an outdoor shower, a BBQ area and private parking.
Payments follow construction progress, with half the price due after handover of the keys.
793 sqm and the upside-down layout are an unusual pairing for a resort home: the upper level is given over entirely to family life and guests, and the lower level to private bedrooms. Two kitchens let you separate everyday cooking from entertaining or a private chef's work.
Resort services
Security and concierge are available 24/7. Owners have access to the Laguna golf club, spas and restaurants.
The villas are inside Laguna Phuket, so the beach, spa and golf are a short walk or resort shuttle ride away. The concierge team takes care of day-to-day matters.
Location
Bang Tao Beach is 200 m away, Boat Avenue 3.1 km and UWC Thailand 7.4 km. The airport is 11 km away, while Central Phuket, Bangkok Hospital Phuket and Phuket Town are 16–18 km. A new build in Phuket with an imminent completion date.
The project is close to completion, so the wait for keys is short, and payment is still split: half is due after handover.
