Punyisa Pachira is a collection of nine villas by Punyisa Villas (M2 Plus) in MIRA Valley, a forested master community developed by Ananda Development. The project is in the Manik area, in the island's interior.
The houses were designed by Mary Pakamard: tropical modern style, natural materials and interiors thought through down to the furniture. All nine villas are still available.

Type A has five bedrooms and a study, 1,053 sqm, at THB 144.33M. Type A+, with the same configuration but 1,290 sqm, is THB 178.26M.
