VIP Venus Karon is a new Phuket development by VIP Thailand Group. There are only two unit types, studios and one-bedroom apartments of 24 to 35 sqm. 14 units remain for sale.
It suits buyers who want a compact apartment near the sea on the west coast, for holidays, for their own use or to rent out. Small sizes also mean low monthly costs, since common fees are charged per sqm.

Buy a Condo in Karon: Prices
The 24 sqm Type B studio costs THB 3.84M. The 30 sqm Type A one-bedroom is THB 4.29M. The top of the price range in the project is THB 4.8M.
Common fees are THB 60 per sqm per month, around THB 1,440 a month for a 24 sqm studio. The sinking fund is a one-off THB 400 per sqm, around THB 9,600 for the same studio.
