The Modeva Phuket: About the Project
The Modeva is a Rhom Bho Property project under The Title brand. Its flowing, ocean-inspired architecture is paired with landscaping by Redland studio. The complex has 859 apartments, with 260 still available.
Construction is under way, with completion in Q1 2027. Common fees are THB 85 per sqm per month, with a one-off sinking fund of THB 850 per sqm.
Apartments, Duplexes and Prices
One-bedroom apartments of 29–43 sqm start from THB 4.75M, and the 55 sqm "1 Bedroom+" from THB 8.89M. The 93 sqm "2 Bedroom+" starts from THB 14.42M. A 113 sqm two-bedroom duplex starts from THB 19.25M, and a three-bedroom duplex of 146–148 sqm from THB 22.19M.
Standard two-bedroom apartments and all penthouses are already sold. To buy an apartment in Bang Tao in this project, the current options are one-bedroom, larger "plus" and duplex layouts.

Bang Tao Beach is 500 m away. The Waldorf Phuket is 1.2 km, Boat Avenue and Porto de Phuket 1.3 km. Blue Tree Phuket is 2.6 km and Headstart International School 3 km. The airport is 17 km and Central Phuket Floresta 20 km.
The beach, Boat Avenue's restaurants and schools are all within a few kilometres, which suits both year-round living and short stays.

The main pool is 50 m, with a water park next to it. For recovery there is a spa, a sauna and a private onsen. The gym is complemented by a golf simulator.
