The Harmony from Wallaya Villas, Phuket: The Community
The community is planned for 37 two- and three-storey homes. Villas range from 272 to 897 sqm. Every home has a pool of its own, a garden, parking and smart-home systems.
There is a clubhouse and 24/7 security on site. The project is under construction, with payments made in stages as building progresses.
Two or three floors let you separate the spaces: bedrooms upstairs, living room and pool access downstairs. Every family has its own garden with no shared walls.
Two Layouts and Prices
The Type B three-bedroom villa of 272 sqm starts from THB 23.88M. The Type A five-bedroom villa of 897 sqm is THB 74.91M. The difference in scale is significant: one estate works for a compact home and for a large family residence alike.
Common fees are THB 25 per sqm per month, with a one-off sinking fund of THB 500 per sqm.
For a 272 sqm three-bedroom villa, that means common fees of around THB 6,800 a month and a sinking fund contribution of around THB 136,000.
