Sunti Villas: 15 single-storey pool villas for sale behind a gate in the Si Sunthon area of Bang Tao, Phuket, each with 3 to 5 bedrooms. Plots of 600 to 1,500 sqm, a private pool at every house, completion in Q4 2027.
Sunti Villas Phuket: the community
There are just 15 houses, all single-storey. The format suits families with children and anyone who would rather not live on the stairs: bedrooms, living room and pool access all on one level.
The plots are large, from 600 to 1,500 sqm, leaving room between houses for a garden, terrace and outdoor kitchen. 10 of the 15 villas are currently on sale. The project is under construction.
A single-storey villa on a large plot works differently from a house on two or three floors: the space spreads out horizontally, and the garden becomes a real part of the home. You can step straight from the living room and bedrooms onto the pool terrace.
Villa layouts and prices
Prices in the project start from THB 39M. A three-bedroom villa with a study, 515 sqm, is THB 40.5M. Four-bedroom houses of 474–634 sqm start from THB 41.1M.
Five-bedroom villas of 562–569 sqm start from THB 49.8M. The largest format, a 624–750 sqm home with five bedrooms and a study, is THB 76.9M. The choice depends not only on the number of rooms but also on the size of the plot.
