Skypark Aurora sells apartments within the Laguna Phuket resort area of Bang Tao — Banyan Group's first Skypark phase. The building is complete, units are sold on the resale market, and two apartments remain.
Skypark Aurora Phuket: the project
Skypark Aurora consists of three low-rise blocks lining the golf course within the Laguna resort. The developer is Banyan Group. There are 416 units in total, from 29 to 60 sqm.
Construction is finished and residents have moved in. Apartments are sold on the resale market, with two units currently available. Owners have access to the Sanctuary Club programme, with privileges at Banyan Group hotels.
Apartments, prices and payment
A one-bedroom apartment of 29 sqm starts from THB 6.57M. The larger one-bedroom (31–39 sqm) and two-bedroom (40–60 sqm) units are sold out.
Payment is 100% on purchase, or 50% upfront and 50% in instalments. The service charge is THB 60 per sqm per month, and the sinking fund THB 100 per sqm per year.
The price per sqm is around THB 226,600: here you are paying first and foremost for an address inside Laguna.
