Rise Villas Phuket: architecture and concept
There are just 18 two-storey houses in the community. The facades are instantly recognisable: arched openings and vertical timber slats. Each house has a private pool, garden, parking and smart-home system.

Villa Types 4 and 5, at 192–255 sqm, are already sold out. At the latest update, 6 of the 18 homes were still available, so choice is limited and it is best to secure your preferred option early. The price per sqm is around THB 61,000.
Buy a villa near Bang Tao: the Ban Don area
Ban Don is a green residential area in the island's interior. Land is cheaper here than on the coast, yet beaches and restaurants are close: the sea is about 4 km away and Boat Avenue 4.6 km.
UWC Thailand International School is 5.1 km away and the airport 12 km. Central Phuket is 13 km, Bangkok Hospital Phuket 14 km and Phuket Town 15 km.
Facilities and payment
Residents have a clubhouse, and the grounds have 24-hour security. The sinking fund contribution is a one-off THB 160,000; the monthly service charge is still to be confirmed by the developer.
Payments are made in stages during construction, a convenient option if you'd rather not tie up the full amount at once.
