Qnity Phuket: architecture and concept
Qnity by Wallaya Villas suits people for whom classic tropical design feels a little too resort-like. Clean-lined facades, dark stone, timber and plenty of glass: the architecture is closer to a city villa than a holiday bungalow.
There are 17 houses in the community, 10 of them on sale. The villas have two or three floors and range from 425 to 816 sqm. Every villa comes with a private pool, garden, parking and a smart-home system. Layouts are designed for a large family, with between three and five bedrooms. There is a clubhouse on site and 24/7 security.
