Qnity by Wallaya Villas is for buyers who find tropical classics a little too resort-like. Clean-lined facades, dark stone, timber and plenty of glass: the architecture is closer to a city villa than a holiday bungalow.
There are 17 houses in the community, 10 of them on sale. The villas have two or three floors and range from 425 to 816 sqm. Each has its own pool, garden, parking and smart-home system. Layouts are designed for a large family, with three to five bedrooms. There is a clubhouse on site and 24/7 security.
