Punyisa Casua Phuket: the project
The developer is Punyisa Villas (M2 Plus). The community has 39 villas, 5 of them available. The houses are large, from 548 to 665 sqm.
Construction is under way, with completion scheduled for Q4 2028. Payments are made in stages as construction progresses.
The community is small by local standards and almost sold out: only five of the 39 villas remain. If the project interests you, it is worth checking current availability as early as possible.
