Type A, with three bedrooms, starts from THB 19.98M, with areas from 306.6 to 613 sqm depending on the option. Type B, with five bedrooms, starts from THB 28.9M, at 394.1–840 sqm.
The project's payment plan was split into two instalments. The service charge is THB 9,000 a month, with a one-off sinking fund contribution of THB 100,000.
Because sizes vary so widely, the final price of a given villa depends on the plot and house option. The fixed service charge of THB 9,000 a month does not rise with the size of the villa.
