Laguna Reef Phuket: The Complex
Reef comprises five-storey buildings with 184 apartments from 59 to 134 sqm. The complex is complete, and units are available on the resale market only.
The rooftop has a pool, with poolside cabanas and a yoga deck. There is an outdoor gym, jogging track, BBQ areas, landscaped garden, parking and 24/7 security. The complex has its own dedicated beach area, and a shuttle runs around the resort.
There are 184 apartments, but the buildings are low-rise at five storeys. The rooftop common areas are designed for residents to relax and meet in the evenings.

Service charges are THB 50 per sqm per month, and the sinking fund is THB 100 per sqm per year.
For a 131 sqm apartment, monthly service charges come to about THB 6,550 and the sinking fund to about THB 13,100 a year. Few three-bedroom units remain.
