Arise Vibe Phuket: about the project
Arise Vibe is being built by Ornsirin Group through Northhome Co., Ltd. The complex has 411 apartments in seven-storey buildings, 70 of them available. The location is chosen for everyday life: a school, a shopping mall and roads to every part of the island are close by.
Construction is under way, with completion in Q2 2027. The sinking fund is a one-off THB 500 per sqm. Payment is in three instalments.
Apartments and prices
One-bedroom apartments of 34.5–34.6 sqm start from THB 3.26M. Two-bedroom units of 58.4–73 sqm start from THB 5.48M, and larger "2 bedroom plus" units of 76.3–91.6 sqm from THB 7.6M. Studios and "1 bedroom plus" units have sold out.
The average price is around THB 94,000 per sqm. It's a chance to buy an apartment in central Phuket with a family-friendly layout.
