About Phuvista
Phuvista Condo belongs to Phuvista / Bestart Heaven, a group now managed by the Manotamraksa family's second generation. The family founded JSP Property PCL, which has delivered more than 50 projects across Thailand since 1990 and in 2022 merged with SENA Development to form SENA Property PCL. The group has completed several Sea Heaven resort phases in Naithon and Naiyang, and it is now building Maison Sky Villas, Phuvista 3 Naiyang and Phuvista Naithon. In 2025 Saint Tropez Naithon, won at Dot Property's Thailand Awards in the Condominium Development Design category for Phuket as the best.

Check which legal entity signs the contract and who holds the land title and the building permit: projects are often run by a separate project company rather than the parent brand. For off-plan units, check the building permit (and the EIA for larger complexes), the stage-based payment schedule, the completion date and delay penalties, and exactly what the price includes — furniture, appliances, parking.
