About JitMax Group

JitMax Group, founded by Dr. Parimon Phaisamran and based in Phuket, is the company behind MORI The Valley. Along the strip between Bang Tao and Si Sunthon it has built the Mona, Clover Residence, Mori and Manor communities, and the group says it has two decades of experience. ASL Management Contracting, the group's construction company, was the builder of Simon Cabaret, Samsara Villas and HeadStart International School. JitMax concentrates on pool villas for families, designed in a Japanese-minimalist style and backed by its own lifestyle infrastructure such as clubhouses and the Mars Avenue street.

JitMax Group reviews: what to check before buying

Check which legal entity signs the contract and who holds the land title and the building permit: projects are often run by a separate project company rather than the parent brand. For off-plan units, check the building permit (and the EIA for larger complexes), the stage-based payment schedule, the completion date and delay penalties, and exactly what the price includes — furniture, appliances, parking.

Legally, a villa is usually held on a 30-year leasehold, so read the renewal terms in the contract. Online reviews help, but it is more reliable to visit the developer's completed projects: see how the finishes have aged, how the management company performs and what the real rental occupancy is. We request these documents before you reserve and go through them with you.
