Fivewood Estate, a Bangkok development company with almost 20 years behind it, has two founders, Pornpun Sormayura and Sotthinon Tannapai, who run the Phuket Patong hotel of Grand Mercure. Alongside residential projects, the company's portfolio includes a five-star chain-brand hotel, so development goes hand in hand with real hospitality expertise. Its Phuket project is Annara Residences: only nine villas, all private, in Cherngtalay, and the whole project is valued at more than THB 423 million.
